I wanted to take the opportunity to give a little story as to why this business is so important to me personally.
Back in 2022, I was in the process of losing weight after having a baby the previous year and just in an all around funk. I felt awful about myself and honestly had for a long time previously from this. I didn't know how to dress my body and I would go to stores and try to find things and would just cry in the dressing room. Everything I would find was either too young for me or too old. There wasn't anything out there that I knew of that was the in-between age. I was stuck wearing leggings and giant t-shirts all day long. Don't get me wrong, a good legging and t-shirt is essential to a wardrobe but when it is all you have and it doesn't make you feel confident, something is wrong.
I had a friend send me a request for a facebook group called Casual Couture and thought I would try a few of her items. They looked cute, fashionable, and were affordable. The more I ordered, the more I loved. I started to find things that made me feel prettier and more comfortable in my body. For the first time in a long time, I was actually finding clothes that didn't make me cry and I actually wanted to show off.
The opportunity rang for the pervious owner to purchase the business, I brought it to my husband. I explained all this above, what the opportunity was and he supported me whole heartedly. This is something I will never forget because he didn't say no to and believed I could make this business something.
My mission as a business owner is to do what the previous owner did for me. She gave me my confidence back. I want to be able to find items for everyone that make them feel good and are comfortable. You won't see a lot of cropped tops and booty shorts here but you will see items that look good on so many body types. I know what it feels like to not feel confident and I want to be able to give that to any woman who doesn't feel that way. Especially all the Moms who are just stuck in a funk; you are my muse because I was you. Honestly some days I still am that person but I know when I get dressed in my cute top and jeans, I'm going to feel better.
So please let me help you find your confidence. If you have it, let me enhance it. I have something for just about everyone and this business means more than just a few clothing items.
