Getting it to you
Everything about how your order travels — what it costs, when it leaves, and roughly when to start watching the porch.
Free over $50
Domestic orders of $50 or more ship free. That ’s $50 of clothes before tax — no code to remember, it simply stops charging you at checkout.
Under $50
Smaller orders carry one flat rate, shown before you pay. We use carriers we trust and keep the rate as low as they let us — it’s postage, not a margin.
When it leaves
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days — usually the next one. As soon as it’s gone you’ll get an email with tracking, so you can follow it the whole way.
Business days are Monday to Friday. An order placed on Saturday isn’t sitting still because we’ve forgotten it — it goes out Monday.
Pieces bought from a Tuesday live go out on the same schedule, once Wednesday’s drop opens.
When it arrives
Once it’s with the carrier, reckon on 5–8 business days. Christmas, holiday weekends and the occasional carrier delay can stretch that, and we’ll tell you if we know something you don’t.
Sending something back
Return postage is paid by you — we cover the trip out, you cover the trip back. The full detail, along with the 14-day window and what comes back as store credit, is on the returns page.
